bcW, in partnership with CDCB, offers complete design services to any client that qualifies for a new home.   Homes are scattered site, typically in unincorporated Colonias or County, and all for very low income clients with complete property ownership. By refining the participatory process to include homework, site visits, interviews, and construction administration - bcW has completed  the design for over 20 home designs in less than 1 year. Each completed design and home built will be monitored for performance and homeowner satisfaction.  My level of participation included program development, site visits, client consultation and meetings, design, drawing sets, and construction administration.  Project parameters require that each home, client meetings included, is designed approved and submitted to consultants within 1 month.
